• Up at The O2 tickets are valid on daytime, sunset and twilight climbs only – not valid on Champagne climbs but upgrades available on the day.
• Up at The O2 minimum age: 8 years old.
• Up at The O2 minimum height: 1.2m.
• Up at The O2 maximum weight: not weigh more than 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.
• Up at The O2 maximum measurements: maximum waist measurement 125cm, maximum upper thigh measurement 75cm.
• Up at The O2 U18’s Please ensure your booking includes the correct number of adults for every climber aged 8 to 17.
• Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant customers.
• Up at The O2 climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.

• The competition winner will run until midnight on 22 December 2020 and the winner will be announced on the competition page and notified via the GetToTheFront social media channels on 23 December 2020.
• The winner will have 7 days to claim their prize, after which another winner will be selected.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• Winner’s contact details will be passed to Up at The O2 to arrange prize.
