Sparks have announced new album ‘MAD!’, due out on 23 May 2025 via Transgressive Records.

Brothers Ron and Russell Mael have also revealed ‘JanSport Backpack’, the second track from the upcoming full-length.

‘MAD!’ sees the band exploring various cultural phenomena, with musical nods to New Wave, Synthpop, Art Rock and Electronic Opera – all of which are genres that they either pioneered or helped invent.

Sparks have also confirmed a run of UK headline dates for this June – full details below:
