slowthai has announced third album ‘UGLY’, due out on 03 March 2023 via Method Records.

The East Midlands rapper has also recently dropped new single ‘Selfish’, followed by an accompanying music video.

To celebrate the upcoming full-length, slowthai spent an extended period of time inside a custom-built room fitted floor to ceiling with 2-way mirrors. As an exercise of patience and self-reflection, he was left alone with just paint, paper and nothing to look at but himself. He entered the room on the evening of 24 January 2023 and continued to spend time with himself throughout the following day while being live streamed to the world. After 8 hours of fans watching and commenting on his period of solitude, the video for ‘Selfish’ launched.

Now freed from his self-inflicted confinement, he has announced the £1 a ticket ‘Best Night of Your Life’ UK Pub Tour for February/March 2023.

The tour will mark his first headline shows in a year and include six intimate shows at local pubs across the country, in partnership with world-famous spirit brand Jägermeister – full details below:

It’s important to me that people can have access to me and my music so I wanted to go to some new places and play this album first.
