Django Django have revealed the official music video for recent single ‘Waking Up’ featuring Charlotte Gainsbourg.

The track is lifted from the band’s new album ‘Glowing In The Dark’, which dropped earlier this year.

For the ‘Waking Up’ visuals, Django Django once again collaborated with Portland based design studio Mortis, who also directed their ‘Iridescent’ remix video. Together with video artist Swampy, they created a collage of new and archival footage that captures an assortment of vignettes of the American landscape.

Renowned for their genre defying eclectic sound, ‘Glowing in the Dark’ marks an exciting new era for the band, who have confirmed that they’ll be hitting the road on a headline tour in support of the album later this year.

UK tour support will come from Pictish Tail

Exclusively for the tour, the British art rockers have created two limited edition 7 inch vinyl for tracks ‘Waking Up’ and ‘Kick The Devil Out’, backed on the B sides with new recordings and including hand-designed artwork which folds out into posters.
