Central Cee has dropped new track ‘Entrapreneur’, his first solo release of the year.
The raw, unfiltered rap single offers an authentic look back into Cench’s journey to the top and intense schedule of the past two years.
The track also gives a nod to Cench’s catalogue, with a recognisable ‘Sprinter’ lyric illustrating how far the rapper has come: ‘Toyota Yaris to Urus’.
With a strong theme of fashion and streetwear culture, ‘Entrapreneur’ features an intro from global fashion brand entrepreneur, Mikey Trapstar: “The trap’s still running. It’s never turning off. Different product, same hustle mentality.”
Prior to releasing the track, Central Cee took to social media to tease that something new was on the way. Filmed in London and Rovaniemi, the official music video features Cench and friends showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit.

The latest offering follows on from the huge success of his ‘Split Decision’ collab with Dave, and stand-out single ‘Sprinter’, which was crowned as the most played song of 2023 on Spotify in the UK. The hit single also became the longest-running number-one rap song in the UK, holding the position for 10 weeks.
In August, the British rapper shared an ‘On The Radar’ freestyle with Drake, as well as hit the road on tour across the US with the Canadian musician. Cench then rounded off an incredible year with two huge features; ‘Too Much’ with Kid Laroi and Jung Kook, and ‘Nice To Meet You’ with long-term friend PinkPantheress.
Despite his limited releases this year, Central Cee has still become the first UK Rapper to hit two billion streams on Spotify. Doubling his numbers from last year, the artist’s trajectory is truly inimitable.
