Boston Manor have dropped their first new music of 2024 in the form of new single ‘Container’.

Frontman Henry Cox commented, “Container explores the idea of second chances, the panic that sets in knowing you need to change your world before it’s too late and you get swallowed up and lost forever. It’s about the stagnancy of life creeping up on you and how that can bring about change.”

Change is a colour that Boston Manor wear well, and ‘Container’ signals the first step in a bold and inspiring new journey for the band.

There’s a brightness to the track that feels like purposeful about-turn from the darkness of their 2022 album ‘Datura’.

Working with long-time producer Larry Hibbitt, alongside engineer Alex O’Donovan, the band switched recording from London to their home counties. “Because Larry lives out in the countryside now, it was a way different environment and way different experience recording this time,” says lead guitarist Mike Cunniff.

The British rockers have also announced a headline UK tour for this April with support from Oversize.
