This is my first experience of LA based outfit Music Go Music and its intrigued me to find out more, Upon first listen i got transported back into the 1970’s, inpartically into New Yorks Studio 54, with every listen the song seems to almost transfix you into a physcadelic dream world.
Its very easy listening and instantly grabs you with the groovy rythmic sound and the funky guitar solos are possibly my favourite part in the track, the accompnying video is a little strange but then i guess in todays competative music world, strange can be a good thing!
I’ve a feeling this music may split the masses into love and hate as it definitely has a modern distinct almost Abba/Blondie sound that is different to what is currently out there, it wouldn’t surprise me that if before the year is out Music go Music and their unique sounds are tipped to be the next big thing.
